Two New Executives Deepen Noma’s Leadership Bench as Enterprises Scale AI Agent Adoption

NEW YORK, /PRNewswire/ — Noma, the market-leading enterprise AI and agent security platform, have announced the appointments of Bobby Shoker as Chief Financial Officer and Alberto Rodrigues as Chief Customer Officer. Shoker and Rodrigues have joined the company at a time when enterprises are accelerating their adoption of AI applications and agents. The appointments reflect Noma’s focus on building an executive roster with deep experience scaling high-growth cybersecurity and AI companies, and better positions Noma to support its expanding enterprise customer base. Both report to Niv Braun, CEO and Co-Founder of Noma.

As Chief Financial Officer, Shoker oversees Finance, People, Legal, IT, and other functions, and will build the operating cadence and strategic financial plan that support Noma’s growth. He brings more than 25 years of experience scaling high-growth technology companies, has raised more than $1 billion in capital, and has guided companies through an IPO and three acquisitions, including strategic sales to Microsoft and ServiceNow. Most recently, Shoker served as CFO of Veza. Prior to that, he was CFO of Snorkel AI and Fungible, and he held senior finance leadership roles at Netskope and Juniper Networks.

“Enterprises are moving fast to secure their AI adoption, and Noma is already leading that effort,” said Shoker. “My focus is building a finance organization that’s forward-looking and data-driven, so it can scale with the business as Noma continues to lead the category.”

In his new role as Chief Customer Officer, Rodrigues leads Noma’s post-sales organization, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Technical Support, with a focus on speeding customer time to value as the company scales. He has spent two decades building customer organizations at cybersecurity companies. Most recently, Rodrigues served as Chief Customer Officer at Oligo Security, and he previously held the same role at Armis, where he helped the company grow annual recurring revenue more than tenfold. At both companies, he consistently delivered net revenue retention above 120% and Net Promoter Scores above 70. Earlier, he held senior customer leadership roles at Symantec, Skycure, IBM, and Trusteer.

“What interested me most about Noma wasn’t just the buzz around the company, it was the real value customers were already getting from the platform,” said Rodrigues. “I was equally impressed by how quickly Noma was innovating to keep pace with the AI landscape. AI is moving at an unprecedented pace, and Noma is a company that truly understands that challenge. My focus now is building a customer organization that scales right alongside the business and the technology.”
